Pittman Transport has been operating for over 100 years and is family owned and operated. Pittman Transport were pioneers and continue to specialise in bulk pneumatic tankers servicing the eastern seaboard of Australia.

We are market leaders with strong relationships with customers in the mining, construction, agriculture, civil and manufacturing industries.

We understand the importance of having a strong team that works well both together and with customers to make the day-to-day operations of transporting essential products across Australia. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our valued team, Pittman Transport has modern fleet of trucks and implement driver friendly technology including EWD and online scheduling.

    Fleet

    We are proud to have modern fleet of prime movers including a mix of Kenworth, Mack and Freightliner models. We have developed our fleet colours over the past 100 years to produce a truck that both look nice but is less time consuming to keep clean.

    Our drivers are provided with a fridge, microwave, inverter, ice pack, company phone and tablet in all prime movers and we put great thought into the ordering of new trucks to make them as luxurious as possible for the driver.

    Prime movers and trailers are fitted with Bluetooth gauges to ensure the easy, accurate and safe loading of a range of products across a number of sites.

    All drivers are trained in safe work procedures around the operations of bulk pneumatic tankers. We are an industry leader in the implementation of online based driver aids including EWD, online scheduling and communication.
